Your first visit to White Bear Lake Dental will typically include dental x-rays, an examination, and a review of personalized treatment recommendations. Depending on the examination and gathered information, a cleaning may also be performed. However, if you have a complex medical history or treatment plan, additional evaluation may be necessary, potentially requiring a second appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

 

To ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible, please come prepared with the following information:

• X-rays from previous dental offices (if applicable). We can request these for you with the following Dental Records Release Form.

 

• A list of all medications and supplements that you’re currently taking,

 

• Your dental insurance information. It can be challenging to verify benefits at the last minute, so providing this information sooner will help us better prepare for your visit.

 

• Completed Patient forms.

Having this information ready will save you time and help us make your first visit an excellent experience.
